Return Policy
The following Return Policy is part of the Terms of Service of Motional Muse, which can be consulted on the website.
RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES
SIZE EXCHANGE
To exchange for a different size, the User must place a **new order** for the correct size. Additionally, they should request the return of the previous product by following the steps detailed below in the “PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS” section.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURN CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: THE RETURN PERIOD IS 7 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
The customer will have a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the delivery of the product for any total or partial exchange or return of the product purchase. After this period, Motional Muse will not accept any exchanges or returns of any products, without exceptions.
In any case, if the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:
- The product must be in the same condition it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The product must not have been used.
RETURN METHODS
A) Motional Muse WILL PICK UP THE RETURN AT THE INDICATED ADDRESS
COST: $200 MXN
To do this:
Send an email to hello@motionalmuse.com with the subject “Return of order number xxxxx,” indicating ALL of the following details:
- Order number
- Items to return or exchange
- Complete pickup address (street, number, postal code, city, state)
- Contact details (name, email, phone number)
B) HE CUSTOMER SENDS THE PRODUCTS AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE:
The customer must:
Contact Motional Muse by sending an email to hello@motionalmuse, indicating the products to be returned and the return tracking number.
Send the products to the following address:

REFUNDS
As long as the customer has followed the established procedure in these Return Conditions and the requirements set forth therein have been met, Motional Muse will refund the price paid by the User for the returned products, excluding shipping costs ($200 MXN).
Motional Muse will not cover or be responsible for the return expenses and/or costs, charging the customer for the pickup service if they choose this return method, unless it concerns a defective product or one sent in error, in which case Motional Muse will assume the return cost.
The User will not be entitled to a refund of the price for returned products that are not in the same condition they were delivered or if the requirements set forth in these Return Conditions have not been met.
If the product was purchased at a discount, the refund will be made based on the actual price paid by the customer.
Once the product is received at our warehouse and the condition is verified, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 business days.
IMPORTANT: When checking if the refund has been processed correctly, please verify both the account transactions and the card used for payment. As soon as the refund is made, the customer is notified. At that moment, the refund has been processed, but it may take a few days to reflect in the account statement.
